Wedding & Event Venue FAQ’s

The Northern Stacks Events space can comfortably seat approximately 125 people with sufficient room for a DJ and dance floor, the bar, and catering tables.

We are happy to host any kind of event! Due to the demand for dates, we are only able to offer our space at the full-day rental rate. For some, this may be a little more than you would like to spend.

Northern Stacks Events is the perfect wedding & event venue! It is available for rent any day of the week. You will have access to the space from 9AM to Midnight. The ceremony and reception can take place at any time.

The space is 3,100 square feet, perfect for a fun evening with up to 125 guests.

Your ceremony can be held off-site or in the facility. Check out our recommended vendor page for some cool off-site locations nearby! If the ceremony is performed on-site, there will be a brief period between the ceremony and the reception for a room flip.

We do have a small outdoor area suitable for yard games, hanging out, and enjoying a cocktail. It isn’t suitable for a ceremony or outdoor reception, but is still yours to use for the day!

Yes! We have a fully stocked and staffed bar (beer, wine, and liquor). There are a variety of hosting options for beer, wine, and drink tickets as well. No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises. There is a $500 bar minimum.

Yes! You may use any licensed & insured caterer and baker that you would like for no additional fees.

While you can bring in any vendor of your choosing, including a food truck, we strongly caution you thoroughly vet your vendors. It can be challenging for food trucks to service a 125-person dinner in a timely manner, and you are also depending on the weather!

Round tables, chairs for the reception and/or ceremony, bartenders, an on-site facility manager, and much more!

Yes, you can get as creative as you would like. However, staples, nails, and tape with damaging adhesives may not be used in the tables, walls, ceiling, or floor.

Entertainment and the last dance must be done by 11:00 PM to allow for the dismantling of equipment and guests to be out by 11:30 PM.

To save the date of your event, half of the rental cost will be required at the signing of the contract as a deposit, along with the damage deposit. The remainder of the payment is due 60 days prior to the event. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

All decorations and personal items must be taken at the end of the night so we can be ready for the next event. We recommend designating someone not at the event to help load up at the end of the night.

We do not have linens available. Check out our recommended vendors for some places to rent them. Our tables are 60” round, so 90”, 108”, or 120” round linens work dependent on how long of a drop to the floor you desire.

Yes, we have a sidewalk from our parking lot that makes the venue easily accessible for all.

I wish I could give Jesse/Northern Stacks Events more than 5 stars! We originally planned our wedding at a different venue. In light of COVID-19, we were in a tough situation. My husband and I knew from the start of the pandemic we didn’t want to wait another year to get married, so we quickly found an alternative. We found Northern Stacks Events online and within a week ended up changing our venue to be more accommodating with restrictions/be able to still proceed with getting married on our original date! This ended up being the perfect venue for our wedding and more! We had our ceremony and reception both take place there. The space is beautiful during the day and night! Like I mentioned before – Jesse (the owner) is amazing and helped throughout the whole planning process and answered all the questions I had until the day of. Trust me, after switching venues, I had a lot of questions, and he emailed/texted them back and forth always in a timely matter. He was very professional, nice, and easy to talk to. We didn’t hire a day of wedding coordinator, so Jesse stepped in and took place of that as well to make sure the day of my wedding went smoothly, and it did! The day of my wedding could not have been more perfect. Jesse and his staff took great care of us. Right after the ceremony, they made sure we had some food and drinks before the reception started. My husband and I had the best day of our lives, and we got so much great feedback from our guests. Some even said it was the best wedding they’ve been to! Just want to say a big thank you to Northern Stacks Event (especially Jesse and the staff) for making our wedding perfect. I’m SO thankful we found Northern Stacks Events for our wedding. We originally planned to have our wedding at a different venue but decided to switch gears to Northern Stacks two months before our big day. Jesse and Kim are so easy going, yet organized and helpful. The space is absolutely stunning and they give you the freedom to make it your own. We really valued the super convenient parking as well as the ability to utilize both indoor and outdoor space. Our guests were blown away, many said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to!

We had our wedding here in July of 2020. Beautiful venue, staff was super easy to work with and a really great location. We used it for both our ceremony and reception and there was still room to spare with a seamless transition between the two. The farm tables are all handmade and beautiful. I would recommend to anyone.

We cannot recommend this venue enough! Our wedding faced several obstacles throughout the planning process, but Jesse and Kim made it so easy for us. They were so involved and willing to help wherever we needed it. They recommend vendors, walked us through our options, helped with the ceremony and reception planning, and recommend great places for pictures. Throughout the day, they were both present from start to finish – we could tell they wanted this day to be perfect just as much as we did! It doesn’t hurt that they are both just really cool people.
The venue is stunning. The flexibility with set-up was a godsend for us because we were planning from 4+ hours away, so we made frequent changes. The ability to choose our own caterer was a major plus that not many venues offer, as well!
All-in-all, we have absolutely no regrets.
