Wedding & Event Venue FAQ’s

The Northern Stacks Event space can comfortably seat approximately 150 people with sufficient room for a DJ and dance floor, the bar, and catering tables.

Northern Stacks Events is the perfect wedding & event venue! It is available for rent any day of the week. You will have access to the space from 9AM to Midnight. The ceremony and reception can take place at any time.

The space is 3,100 square feet, perfect for a fun evening with up to 150 guests.

Your ceremony can be held off-site or in the facility. If the ceremony is performed on-site, there will be a brief period between the ceremony and the reception for a room flip.

Yes! We have a fully stocked and staffed bar (beer, wine, and liquor). No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises. There is a $500 bar minimum.

Yes! You may use any licensed & insured caterer and baker that you would like for no additional fees.

Round tables, chairs for the reception and/or ceremony, bartenders, an on-site facility manager, and much more!

Yes, you can get as creative as you would like. However, staples, nails, and tape with damaging adhesives may not be used in the tables, walls, ceiling, or floor.

Entertainment and the last dance must by done by 11:30PM to allow for dismantling of equipment and guests to be out by 12:30AM.

To save the date of your event, half of the rental cost will be required at the signing of the contract as a deposit, along with the damage deposit. The remainder of the payment is due 60 days prior to the event. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
